To our BLANQI family – the health and well-being of our community has always been a top priority. During this time, we've made changes to our operations to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We continue to closely monitor the situation and will post any updates to this page. ORDERS

BLANQI.com is open for shopping both domestically and internationally, with some restrictions.

Our global distribution center remains open at this time and we are still shipping orders. We are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. Because of this we'll need additional time to process and ship your order – currently up to 10 additional business days. If it has been more than 10 business days and your order hasn't shipped, please contact us at  customer.care@blanqi.com.

Due to local government restrictions, international order delivery times are taking up to 12 weeks post purchase (with possible further delays).

RETURNS

We have extended our online return policy to 60 days. Due to new safety and cleaning procedures, we may experience delays in processing returns. Once received, processing time for returns may take up to 30 days.
