When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, provide feedback, or participate in competitions or giveaways.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us provide website information that works with your browser and operating system. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account, and – if you agree – to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.

We use your information collected from the website to personalize your repeat visits to our website.

SECTION 4- MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The BLANQI mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Klaviyo, Inc. on behalf of BLANQI (“we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from BLANQI via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Text the single keyword command STOP to 1 (833) 350-1760 to cancel at any time. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. For service support or assistance, text HELP to 1 (833) 350-1760 or email customercare@blanqi.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number. 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.
You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SECTION 5 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Once you leave our store’s website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Advertising and remarketing cookies
Blanqi uses third-party vendor remarketing tracking cookies, including the Google Adwords and Facebook Pixel tracking cookies. The cookies indicate the arrival of a user on our website after clicking on one of our paid online ads. Google Adwords and Facebook Pixel remarketing tools are also employed to show our ads on websites across the Internet. SECTION 9 - EMAIL LIST & MARKETING MESSAGES

We use an email marketing system called MailChimp, which is used to distribute emails to subscribers informing them about products, services, offers, prize draws, discounts, news, and informative product related content. We will not sell or rent this information to any third parties. Emails may contain tracked links or other server technologies in order to track user activity relating to engagement, demographic, geographic, and already stored subscriber data.
Anyone who has information saved on our list of email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of any of our email marketing messages.
