BLANQI girls pregnancy announcement!

If you haven’t heard the news announced last week, I’m PREGNANT with baby #3!

I’m just terrible with secrets and was just so excited to start wearing my BLANQI maternity support tank again, that I had to share! I had great aspirations of doing a unique and whimsical pregnancy announcement to tell my husband, Will, the news. With our 1st, Jude, we found out on a trip in Miami, and needless to say that was a bit of a shocker! With our 2nd, Nico, I was on a BLANQI work trip with Sabina in NYC and text him the positive pregnancy test. This time I was determined to make it a more special moment for us. My sister, Natalie, created a “There’s a Bun in the Oven” printable through her Pretty Paperie shop.

My plan was to attach the graphics onto toothpicks and stick them on top of a gooey cinnamon rolls. Being the worst crafter ever, I had no idea the glue would soak through the paper, smearing the ink and look, well terrible! Onto plan B. I simply bought a narrow blue and pink box, placed the test stick inside and handed it to him while we were hanging out at the pool.

After the initial shock of “how did this happen?” (Um…really Will?! Do I know you?! Haha), to processing the reality of being outnumbered by our kids (How do we do this??), we are now completely excited, nervous, thrilled and overjoyed for this little BLANQI baby!
